A quick guide to losing weight on a calorie deficit:
I want to bring to your attention a simple recipe for fish cakes with a creamy taste. A minimum of ingredients required!
Ingredients:
- minced pollock (900 g, I had a purchased one),
- 100 g of curd cheese,
- 2 chicken eggs
- corn starch - 25 g
- salt, black pepper, fish seasoning,
- 30 g of aromatic vegetable oil for frying,
- bread crumbs - 30 g.
Cooking.
I used ready-made minced meat that I bought in the store.
Beat 2 eggs with curd cheese. I did it using a blender.
Add eggs whipped with curd cheese, cornstarch and spices to the minced meat. Mix everything well.
We form cutlets. Be sure to beat off a portion of minced meat well against the palm, then the cutlets do not fall apart when frying.
I fried the cutlets in the minimum amount of oil, which I took into account when calculating the KBZhU. For 2 pans, it took me 30 g of fragrant sunflower oil.
Each cutlet should be rolled in breading and fried on both sides until golden brown.
