Today I want to offer you a very interesting breakfast option for a variety of the most important meal time for the body!

And the ingredients for making such a breakfast will require the same as for making ordinary sandwiches, and it will not take so much time.

No sandwiches needed: I will tell you how to make a quick lazy pie for breakfast using a regular loaf, sausage, eggs and cheese

And my version is a "lazy" pie, which I make from a regular loaf, sausage, cheese and eggs. In addition to sausage, you can add lightly fried vegetables and fresh herbs to the filling.

And if some pie remains, you can easily take it with you to work as a snack! Everything is prepared very simply, it turns out really tasty. Try it, I'm sure you will like it! 🥰

📕Ingredients for cooking: 🥙

Baton - 150 g
Sausage (any) - 150 g
Cheese (hard, semi-hard) - 100 g🧀
Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
Sour cream - 4 tbsp. l.
Mustard - 0.5-1 tsp l.
Butter - 40 g
Salt to taste.

We take a bowl, put sour cream. Add mustard to this - you can use any mustard you prefer, French, regular Russian or Dijon. And adjust the amount of mustard to your liking, after all, each type of mustard has a different amount of pungency. We also put softened butter and literally a pinch of salt.

Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk until smooth. Then we drive in the eggs and beat lightly again.

You can use any sausage for the filling that is in the refrigerator and what you prefer. This time I have smoked sausage and sausages. Cut the sausage into small cubes.

Rub the cheese on a coarse grater. The variety also does not matter - whatever you like, put it like that.

It remains to add only a few slices of the loaf. We also cut them into small cubes and send them to a bowl to the already prepared mixture. In this version of the preparation of such a breakfast, you can even use yesterday's, slightly stale bread - it will not affect the taste of the cake in any way!

Now mix everything well and put it in a baking dish (I have 26 cm). Since I have a silicone mold, I do not additionally lubricate it with oil. But it is better to cover the metal with parchment or grease with oil. We put the pie in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for 25-30 minutes (look at your oven).
