Potato pancakes with cheese filling

Ingredients: Potatoes, Egg, Wheat flour, Salt, Pepper, Vegetable oil, Cheese

Cooking method:

Peel and rinse potatoes. Grate the peeled potatoes on a fine grater into a deep bowl. If liquid appears from the grated potatoes, then it will need to be drained. Add the settled starch to the grated potatoes.

Break one egg. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Add some flour. Mix the entire contents of the bowl well until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Heat a frying pan until hot and add a little vegetable oil. You can spread the potato mass with a spoon or form small cakes with your hands.

Fry the potato pancakes over low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Then add a little cheese to the potato pancake, and immediately cover with the potato mass, cover with a lid, let the cheese with the potato mass grab for 1 minute.

Turn the potato pancake over and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
