I don’t know how long ago, but as long as I can remember myself in my family they cook this dish just like that. It turns out very tasty😍

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

  • 200 gr Cheese
  • to taste Salt, pepper

Steps

Cut the fillet into slices, put on a baking sheet, salt, pepper and grease with mayonnaise.

Next, peel three carrots on a grater and spread on top and grease again with mayonnaise and the last layer three on a grater cheese and spread, grease with mayonnaise and put in the oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes (well, it depends on who oven).

Everything is ready, bon appetit! Where light cheese is, I’m cheese and mixed sour cream, so the crust is tastier, but the cheese needs a lot more, I didn’t calculate the other half and just filled the other half with cheese.
