You need boiled beets, but you can also bake them. Here, as you like best. I used to boil a couple of kilograms of beets once a week and cook all week. It's easier for me.
My husband and I have enough for two of one large beet for one meal. In addition to beets, there is something else.
I rub large beets on a grater. It can be small or large, as you like. On small ones, a more delicate taste is obtained.
I take a piece of cheese and also rub it on the same grater as the beets. There is one point here: you can take hard cheese, or you can take processed cheese. Changing the cheese will have a different taste. I have a solid today.
