Spring herbal cocktail on orange juice

In the morning we drink a healthy cocktail of young spring grass, leaves and primrose!

Ingredients:

1. Orange - 1 pc (vitamin C)

2. Currant leaf - bunch (as flavoring)

3. Nettle - 3-4 leaves (like "Russian spirulina")

4. Dandelion flowers - 5-7 pcs (choleretic, good for the liver + you can use dandelion leaves)

5. Alfalfa greens - bunch (queen of herbs - immunomodulator)

6. Water - half a glass (ideally melted or birch)

Preparation

Collected in the morning the available herbs (can be made from any edible and available herbs). We washed thoroughly greens, flowers and leaves. Cut with scissors and placed in a blender container.

We washed, cut the orange into 2 halves, squeezed out the juice by hand, added a little warm water (you can add the pulp and dry the zest and also use it for further culinary purposes).

Beat everything together for about a minute, strain through a strainer (you can skip it and drink with fiber - prebiotics for the intestinal microflora).

This chlorophyll cocktail "purifies" the blood and gives strength for the whole day! :) Sunny mood, friends!
