You will definitely like this unusual very tender curd casserole! It is moderately sweet and has a subtle citrus aroma. And its main feature is that it consists of two layers: curd and sour cream. The sour cream layer gives this casserole an unusual appearance and adds tenderness to the taste.
Preparing such a tender curd casserole is not at all difficult, every housewife can handle it. Instead of raisins, you can add other dried fruits to your taste in the curd layer.

Ingredients:
Curd layer:
- cottage cheese - 750 g
- sugar - 150 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
- semolina - 2 tbsp. l.
- lemon - 1 pc.
- raisins - 70 g
Sour cream layer:
- sour cream - 300 ml
- eggs - 1 pc.
- sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Step by step recipe:
1. First, let's prepare the curd layer.
Wash 70 g of raisins and pour boiling water for 10 minutes.
2. Pour 750 g of cottage cheese into a bowl, break 2 eggs, add 150 g of sugar and 10 g of vanilla sugar. Grind everything with an immersion blender. If desired, the cottage cheese can not be chopped, but simply mixed well.
3. Pour 2 tbsp into the prepared mass. l. decoys. We put the raisins, after draining the water from it. Add the lemon zest of 1 lemon to this. We remove on a grater only the upper yellow part, it is fragrant and not bitter.
4. Mix everything with a spoon until smooth.
5. Cover the baking dish with parchment from the bottom and sides and put the prepared curd mixture into it. The diameter of my mold is 20 cm. Gently distribute the curd mixture in shape and level it with a spoon.
6. We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake for about 45 minutes.
7. While the curd layer is baking, prepare the sour cream filling.
Pour 300 ml of sour cream into a bowl. I use sour cream with a fat content of 20%. We break 1 egg to it and pour 2 tbsp. l. Sahara. We mix everything.
8. The curd layer is already baked, we take it out of the oven. Immediately pour the prepared sour cream mixture onto it. We level.
9. Again we put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for about 20 minutes more, until thick and lightly browned on top.
10. We take the finished casserole out of the oven and let it cool completely. When hot, it is slightly liquid and does not hold its shape well.
The curd casserole turned out to be tender and with a light citrus aroma. The sour cream layer gives this casserole a special flavor and appearance.
