Finally, it's time for lightly salted cucumbers! Of course, you still need to wait about a month for your own cucumbers, but on the market we already sell tasty and juicy cucumbers of the "right" size. As soon as I saw them, I immediately bought them! And more! And not for salad!

Still not cheap, of course (150 rubles / kg), but I really wanted salted cucumbers, so I didn't think for a long time. Write, by the way, what is your current price for cucumbers?

How I quickly and simply cook lightly salted cucumbers: my friends called my method "strange", but now they do it too

I soak the cucumbers in cold water for about an hour and a half. I always soak if I buy cucumbers on the market. They then crunch better!

There are not many ingredients in my recipe - cucumbers, garlic, dill, salt and water. And also liter (exactly liter!) Cans.

Of course, you can add cherry and currant leaves, bay leaves and horseradish root. But I rarely add all this to such cucumbers.

I take the dill along with the stems. I cut the garlic in half lengthwise. So I can easily clean it in a few seconds! Watch the video below how I do it))

I spread some dill and garlic on the bottom of the jar. Then cucumbers (how many will fit in the jar). Top with dill and garlic again.

I never weigh or measure anything.

And I don’t weigh salt, and I don’t measure water. I do not boil the pickle! That's why my friends call my way strange.

But it's even easier to come up with difficult! The main thing is to use liter cans. I just pick up the salt with a tablespoon, remove the "slide" and put it in the jar.

And now boiling water. It is boiling water. Only the water has boiled - I pour it in right away. Of course, it is advisable not to get on the walls of the can. Pour gently on the cucumber, which is on top.

Then I cover the jar with a plastic lid and turn the jar several times until the salt dissolves.

Then I remove the lid from the can. And I leave the cucumbers on the table for a day.

You can try in a day! The cucumbers are ready!

Try to cook. Delicious! And fast! And just!
