Diet cutlets in silicone molds
These "patties" are prepared without frying in a pan, baking in the oven or using a double boiler. All you need to do is fill silicone muffin tins with minced meat with vegetables and put them in a saucepan or frying pan, add water and keep on fire under a closed lid.
I use minced chicken, add carrots, zucchini, onions and spices to it. Very fast, simple, tasty, and most importantly harmless to the figure.
With salads, everything is simple, there are a lot of options and this is the fastest thing you can cook. For example, a quick salad of boiled carrots, canned peas and a green apple. You can season it with light yogurt and salt. Quick snack ready:

This salad is more interesting and richer in taste and is one of my favorites.

I combine cottage cheese, bananas, coconut flakes, eggs and some rice flour in one container. I "interrupt" everything with a blender and send it to the oven.
