When I'm too lazy to stand at the stove, I cook fish like this!
Today I cook fish in the oven to taste and look like fried in a pan. The fish is very tasty, juicy and tender. You can serve it with any side dish.

Recipe:
cod fish - 700 g
salt -1 / 2 tsp.
black pepper - to taste
butter -60 g
lemon juice -2 tbsp
flour - for boning
COOKING METHOD
We will separate the fillet of the cod fish today. You can take any fish to your taste, for example, to separate the fillets - this is also at your discretion. You can simply cut into portions.
I also peeled off the skin today.
We cut into portions, I have about 700 grams of fish fillets, add half a teaspoon of salt, black pepper to taste, if desired, you can add spices for the fish, I do not add.
Stir and set aside, melt butter 60 grams and add 2 tbsp. lemon juice and stir.
Now we take a piece of fish and dip it in oil with lemon juice and then in flour.
Place on a suitable baking sheet.
Sprinkle with sweet paprika on top, it will give an appetizing color to the finished fish and, of course, taste.
We put in a preheated oven and cook at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes, be guided by your oven and the size of the portioned pieces.
The fish is ready, this is how it turns out to be appetizing, in the break the fish is already cooled down.
