Pasta with stew is a rather simple uncommon dish familiar to us from childhood, but even it can be prepared in a very unusual and very tasty way.
My husband initially doubted that it would turn out really tasty, but I decided to take a chance and for good reason... It turned out very tasty and I will cook like this more than once
I took the most ordinary spiral pasta and sent them to a dry, well-heated frying pan. I kept it on the stove over medium heat for several minutes, stirring constantly until the pasta turned out to be a caramel shade. You need to stir them constantly so as not to get too gilded. It literally takes 7-9 minutes.
Then I sent a small finely chopped onion head into the pan and mixed well. A clove of garlic can be added if desired.
Beef stew followed the onions. The stew can be replaced with good ham, I think about it too and it will be delicious.
Then I poured hot water so that it covered the pasta, salt and pepper well, and covered it with a lid. You can add bay leaves.
This was how the pasta was prepared for about 15 minutes, they need to be stirred periodically and, if necessary, top up with water.
It turns out pasta with a very unusual caramel taste, the pasta itself is quite elastic and does not fall apart. I highly recommend trying this cooking method if you want to add variety to your daily menu.
