Today I will share a very simple casserole recipe that I have been cooking for several weeks. It turns out delicious, satisfying, not expensive, and cooking takes only a few minutes, the oven does the rest.
So, the first thing to do is to boil the pasta. You can use pasta in absolutely any shape; in my opinion, spirals are more suitable for this recipe. Boil pasta almost until cooked.

While the pasta is boiled, you can prepare all the other ingredients, namely, cut the vegetables and prepare the filling.
To pour, mix 2 eggs and 150 ml of milk, salt and add spices to taste.
Peel a small zucchini and cut into thin slices, cut the tomatoes in the same way, you need 2-3 pieces depending on the size of the mold. I mix the pasta boiled almost until cooked with filling and send it to the form in which I will bake.
On top I spread a layer of zucchini circles, and then tomatoes. Then you can proceed in two ways.
The first option is to grease the casserole with sour cream and send it to the oven, the second option (this is how I cook) - I fall asleep with grated cheese on a coarse grater. I send the form to a preheated oven to 190 degrees for 40-50 minutes. You need to track the zucchini for readiness.
The result is a delicious and satisfying casserole, be sure to try it.

1 medium zucchini
2-3 tomatoes

100-150 ml of milk
Cheese 150 grams
