Pink salmon - 250 g

Sour cream - 60 g

Sweet mustard - 20 g

Salt, pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 1 tsp

Thyme - 2 branches

Lemon - 1 wedge

Cooking process:

1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list. Choose a good pink salmon carcass, without damage or flaws. We will definitely need thyme, literally a few twigs will make the fish fragrant and very tasty.

2. Defrost pink salmon in advance on the lower shelf of the refrigerator. Shake it with salt and pepper. Drizzle with lemon juice.
