Salad "Boyarsky"

Ingredients:

200 gr. pork or ham
200 gr. mushroom
2 eggs
1 pickled cucumber
onion
100 gr. cheese
2-3 pc. walnut kernels
butter for frying
mayonnaise

Preparation:

1. Mushrooms cut into strips. Onions, peel and chop. 2. Boil eggs, cool and grate.
3. Cucumber and cheese, and crushed using a grater.
4. Sauté mushrooms and onions in a little butter until tender.
5. Boiled pork fat or bacon cut into thin strips or cubes.
6. Spread the salad layers in the form of ring or transparent salad bowl.

Ingredients:

Chicken salad with tomatoes and olives

Ingredients:

1 smoked chicken breast or leg smoked 2
2 large tomatoes

2 celery stalk
1 clove of garlic

pepper
olive oil

Preparation:
