Soft yeast dough pies with meat filling are an ideal addition to broth, light soups and sweet tea. Choose minced meat according to your taste: leaner, for example, from poultry; mixed with the addition of lard or fatty pork; rich in aroma beef, lamb or other.

Ingredients:

Flour - 150 g

Water - 60 ml

Dry yeast - 0.5 tsp l.

Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil - 1.5 tbsp. l.

Minced chicken - 200 g

Salt, hot pepper - to taste

To bake homemade minced meat patties in the oven, use the listed foods. The ingredients are designed for 7-8 small patties (about the size of a standard dumpling). If necessary, increase the amount of food, while observing the proportions.

Today I offer the dough according to the recipe for simple Ossetian pies (there are many options). Contains no eggs, milk or dairy products. Knead by hand or with a combine.

Dilute dry yeast and sugar in warm water, shake quickly in a glass or other convenient container. Cover with a film or saucer and leave to activate for 10-15 minutes until foam appears on the surface of the liquid.

Sift wheat flour. Pour in yeast solution and refined lean oil. Now you need to make an effort and mix well, so that you end up with light and airy yeast pies.

Try to sprinkle flour to a minimum. Knead the dough on the countertop for 10 minutes, until smooth, homogeneous and plastic. It is better to leave it slightly sticky than tough and dense.

We roll up the bun, put it in a bowl and hold it near the heat source under a napkin until the volume increases by 2.5-3 times.

After 60 minutes, the yeast dough rises.

Divide the dough into 8 parts of equal weight. Pull out round cakes, spread the minced meat seasoned with salt and hot pepper in the center of each.

Sprinkle flour on your fingers to keep the dough from sticking. I do not intentionally add onions and garlic to the filling - with them the smack of cutlets appears.

We fasten the edges of the base, hide the minced chicken. You can form a curly seam.

We transfer the workpieces to a baking sheet or a suitable pan. We bake mince pies in the oven at 190 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. Before that, we warm up the oven to the maximum.

Cool and serve ruddy chicken yeast pies, for example with a cup broth.
