When you need to have a quick snack and there is absolutely no time for cooking, recipes for quick salads are very helpful. Turkish salad "Piaz" is prepared very quickly, especially if there are already pre-boiled eggs in the refrigerator. In this case, the salad can be prepared in just 5 minutes.
Cut two ripe tasty tomatoes into wedges. For two tomatoes, I also take two eggs, which I also cut into slices.
But in fact, you can cut it as you like, the shape of the ingredients does not affect the taste of the salad in any way.
For this salad, I use red lettuce onions. I do not pickle it, I cut it with feathers. The whole salad can be collected on a plate in portions:
