Before, like many others, I was addicted to diets. Gained weight - went on a diet - threw off - gained even more. And it’s good, if I didn’t get caught up in the next diet - then a terrifying amount of extra pounds was already sticking.
But everything has changed. First of all, my life has changed. With excess weight, the problems that did not allow me to actively enjoy life are gone.
Just taking a walk was already a problem for the legs and joints. I am already silent about all the accompanying sores. Those who are overweight know all their problems. And believe me, most of them are from excess weight.

Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of 58 kg.
My menu today is as follows.
For breakfast today I have a full set: and scrambled eggs from two eggs, and 50 g of turkey pastroma, and apple muffins (95 g) with green tea.
All this wealth came out on 425 kcal.
Excellent breakfast - how I like it. Gives long saturation and strength to work.
Today, after breakfast, I went on a business trip again. A fast pace, obstacles in the form of unclean snow and good physical activity are guaranteed to me.
At such moments, more and more you want spring to come as soon as possible.
Returning home, I had a snack. For a snack today I have again persimmon fruit (120 g) and kiwi (95 g) - 130 kcal.
While the season and reasonable prices for these fruits - we take advantage of the moment.
After a snack, pushing aside all the working moments (which are not so much accumulated and the evening at the computer will solve them), I took up the cake!
Mom has a birthday and I want to please everyone on this day with a delicious homemade cake.
And you know, I've already got used to the fact that I cook my sweets, cakes, which take half a day, and I myself don't even eat a tiny piece. I feel sorry for my free calories on these calorie bombs. Although I can easily enter them into KBZHU or even just arrange a cheat for myself. But it happens that you don't want to, and everything here is neither download nor cheat cute.
Does someone who has been in deficit for a long time and have already achieved good results have the same greed for calories? I am very interested in how you are with this.
For lunch I had a piece of PP lasagna (220 g) - 335 kcal.
And after lunch I drank green tea with 40 g of dates - 120 kcal.
One day today - I spent all the time in the kitchen. So towards the evening I prepared chopped cutlets for myself with cottage cheese, cheese and vegetables. And she sent part of the finished minced meat to the freezer, so that next time she could get it, defrost it and fry the cutlets.
I fried cutlets on an electric grill without oil.
Dinner - 100 g of chicken cutlets with cottage cheese, suluguni and vegetables and vegetable salad (tomato, cucumber - only 200 g), dressed with 30 g of sour cream 15%.
I got a dinner for 245 kcal.
In just a day, I gained 1255 kcal. And for the remaining 45 kcal in the evening with tea I ate several pieces of prunes.
Be sure to drink and exercise at home.
Plus if there are walks - very good.
And do not forget about skin care (especially for those who are losing weight with a lot of weight). Scrubs, wraps, contrast showers, body milk with the addition of vitamins A and E, masks with clay. All this can be done by yourself at home.
And the most important thing for the skin is not to rush to lose weight, to go systematically towards your result.
