Just yesterday I came across this cooking method on the Internet, so you can cook not only fish, but also meat. I just had a chir fish in the freezer, the preparation of which I put off all the time for the reasons stated above, and, of course, I decided to fry it.
The recipe is as simple as possible, I cleaned the fish, cut it into pieces 1 cm thick. Salted to taste and seasoned with lemon fish seasoning, left for 1 hour on the table at room temperature.
I put a sheet of parchment paper in a dry frying pan and cut off the excess edges. I grease the paper with unrefined sunflower oil and put the fish. I cover the pan with a lid. Since the boil has very tender meat, I fry it on one side only, do not turn it over.
So I cook the fish until cooked and transfer it to a plate together in parchment, and the pan remains completely clean! If you, like me, have never tried to cook fish like this, then be sure to try it.
As a result, the fish is very tender. I served with boiled rice and vegetable salad.
