An appetizer called "Garlic" mushrooms is just right for this. A light spicy snack just to whet your appetite. I use small mushrooms for its preparation, only 450 grams, which I cut lengthwise into four parts.
I definitely add the onion, I cut it very thinly in half rings.
I put mushrooms and onions in a small saucepan and add to them 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of vinegar 9% and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Mix everything well and put on medium heat. We must not forget about the bay leaf and 3-4
allspice peas. There is no need to add water. The covered mushrooms should sit for about 7 minutes.
In the meantime, the mushrooms and onions are boiling in a saucepan, I prepare the dill and garlic. I cut the dill finely, and I cut the garlic into plates.
At this point, the mushrooms have been cooked as needed, you can open the lid and stir.
Add dill and garlic to the mushrooms, mix well, cover with a lid and leave to cool at room temperature. Then we move the pan to the refrigerator for a day.
