Thisa nutritious and tasty dessert is well suited for breakfast (it contains a bunch of healthy oils that saturate our body and do not give an increase in weight and deposits in the form of cholesterol plaques, because these are natural living oils that are easily absorbed and removed through intestines).
Ingredients:
1. Flaxseed - 2 tablespoons (fiber and omega 3)
2. Peeled sunflower seed - almost a glass (oil)
3. Coconut cream - 2 tablespoons (or milk)
4. Dates - 3 pcs (or st. spoon of honey)
Preparation
In the evening, sunflower and linseed seeds (separately) were soaked in water at room temperature so that they "woke up" and get rid of phytic acid, put a container with seeds in the refrigerator overnight.
The next day, they rinsed them with cool water, dried them in the sun (if desired, make them more delicious slightly browned sunflower seeds in a frying pan, but it is more useful, of course, if the seed has not undergone heat treatment).
Then we transferred almost all the sunflower seeds and 1 teaspoon of flax seeds into the blender container, added coconut cream (or milk) and a sweetener (honey, date, etc.). Beat for about a minute and get a homogeneous mass.
We put our dessert in a cup, sprinkled with flax and sunflower seeds. Bon appetit, dear friends.
