A friend invited me to her restaurant, which is practically under my house, and treated me to a delicious salad. I, of course, did not leave without a prescription)) I want to share the recipe for this salad now. My presentation is not a restaurant one, but the main thing here is taste! Now, by the way, I often run into this restaurant just "for a salad".

I will not say that the recipe is some kind of "secret". An ordinary, at first glance, salad, but in this restaurant it is ordered even more often than "Caesar with chicken" (this is according to my friend). And this despite the fact that the same "Caesar" is cheaper.

I have a recipe for 2 servings:

• Beef - 200 g
• Eggplant - 400 g
• Carrots - 1 pc.
• Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
• Ground pepper
• Olive oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Apple cider vinegar 6% - 1 tsp.
• Dry garlic - 0.5 tsp.
• Red hot pepper - 1/3 tsp.
• Coriander peas - 1 tsp.

HOW TO COOK:

My eggplants, cut into cubes, salt, mix and leave for 15 minutes. I don’t peel the eggplants - it doesn’t interfere at all.

At this time, I fry pieces of beef over high heat (I also cut the meat into strips). When it is fried on one side, turn it over, salt, add black pepper and - until tender.

I wash the eggplants, dry them with paper towels and put them in the pan with the meat. Without reducing the heat, I fry it together with the meat for 5-7 minutes.

Then I add carrots, cut into thin strips, and bell peppers to the pan. I fry for another 5 minutes and transfer the vegetables and meat to a bowl.

For the sauce, I mix oil with spices, add vinegar and let the sauce brew for about 15 minutes. Dressing up the salad.

Everything! Done)) It's delicious!
