Everyone knows about the benefits of oxygen cocktails, which are rich in "magic bubbles" that saturate our tissues.
We are doing something reminiscent of an oxygen cocktail - a useful mint foam, useful for the whole organism and the respiratory "system" (which has been actively taken care of over the last year by everyone).
Mint, as you know, has a beneficial effect on the central nervous system (soothes the nerves, which are "naughty" for many) and enhances work gastrointestinal tract, providing a mild cleansing effect, and also has a vasodilating property (people note that mint "pacifies" the headache).
Ingredients:
1. Fresh mint - bunch
2. Drinking water - 1 glass
Preparation
Plucked the mint, washed well with water, placed in a blender container. They added warm water, whipped for about a minute and got a mint oxygen cocktail.
Collected with a spoon on top of the valuable mint foam, saturated with "life-giving" air. Strained through a strainer mint water from the remnants of the chopped greens (this, by the way, is also mint fiber useful for the digestive tract and it is even more useful to use the whole thing with it).
We never pour out mint water, but drink it! Those. we also put it in motion (ate mint foam, washed down with mint water).
