Ingredients:

1. Currant leaves - bunch (vitamin C, chlorophyll ...)

2. Drinking water - 1-2 glasses

3. Ice cubes - 2-3 pcs (without them)

(you can make 2-3 liters at once)

Preparation

We take the leaves of a young spring or summer currant (it is possible with young soft green twigs). We cut the sheet with scissors (or tear it with our hands) into the blender container, add water.

Grind the currant leaf with water with the apparatus for about a minute.

We filter through a strainer, add ice (if a blender breaks ice, you can add it right away) and enjoy a fragrant drink.
