Today I'm making waffles in a frying pan. Now, when the hot days begin and you don't want to turn on the oven or you are in the country, but you want something tasty, such pastries will come to the rescue. It is simple to prepare, it turns out delicious.

Recipe:
eggs -3pcs
sugar -100g
vanillin - to taste
butter -100g
milk -120ml
flour -200g
COOKING METHOD
Break 3 eggs into a bowl, add 100 grams of sugar, add vanillin and beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes until fluffy, it takes 1-2 minutes to wait.
We take softened butter 100g, you can leave it to heat on the table or slightly heat it in the microwave.
Mix and pour in 120 ml of milk, mix again and add 200 grams of flour, the dough is ready.
Now we take the frying pan, heat it up, put the dough in a dry frying pan with a tablespoon and distribute it with a spoon over the frying pan in a thin layer, the thinner the better.
Bake over medium heat on both sides, remove and immediately roll up the tube. If you like your waffles to be soft, like Viennese waffles, rather than crunchy, make them thicker.
By the way, if you have a waffle iron, then you can bake in a waffle iron.
Optionally, you can fill waffles with, for example, boiled condensed milk. Let it cool and serve.
