Mom surprised with crab stick soup: cooked in 5 minutes (everyone asked for more)

A couple of days ago, my mom announced that she was going to make a quick-soup with crab sticks. I was, to put it mildly, surprised, I could not imagine such a dish and what ingredients can be added to such a soup.

The soup turned out to be very tasty, easy, quick to prepare and... cheap. Therefore, I hasten to share the recipe with you.

Soup preparation begins with frying the onions. A small onion should be finely chopped and fried in butter.

While the onion is fried, you can chop the crab sticks as shown in the photo below. During the cooking process, they will unfold and look like noodles.

And also beat one egg with a fork. To make the soup thicker, you can add two eggs.

When the onion becomes soft, add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste to it. It can be replaced with a few medium-sized red tomatoes, the main thing is not to forget to remove the skin from them. This can be done by pouring boiling water over the tomatoes and then dipping them into cold water for a minute.

We send the resulting "frying" to boiling water, followed by crab sticks. After boiling, add the egg, stirring continuously. It is important to add spices, namely

ground paprika and dry garlic. Salt and contradict to taste. You need to let the soup boil for literally one minute and add a little green onions. Quick soup is ready!
