I haven't cooked ice cream at home before. I tried it a couple of times - I got some kind of creamy fruit ice and they crunched on my teeth. It turns out that the ice cream had to be stirred during freezing, but I did not know. In general, I gave up homemade ice cream for a while. But then I found some very simple recipes. I will share one of these recipes))
HOW TO COOK:
I'll make strawberry ice cream today (just in season)! My strawberries, dry and remove the tails.
Grind strawberries in a blender (you can use any blender).
I pour cold cream into a cold container with a fat content of at least 30%. Beat the cream at first at low speed of the mixer, then increase the speed.
I add vanillin and condensed milk and continue to beat.
At the end I add chopped strawberries. Stir gently with a spatula. And I pour the finished mass into a suitable form for subsequent freezing.
I cover with a package in contact. You can use cling film.
I freeze it. There is no need to stir during freezing! It remains to wait three to four hours. And you can treat yourself to delicious ice cream!
RECIPE:
• Cream 33% - 500 ml
• Condensed milk - 1 ban. (350 g)
• Sugar - 2 tbsp.
• Strawberry - 300 g
• Vanillin - 1 g
