INGREDIENTS
- Dough:
- Warm water - 200ml.
- Flour - 450-500gr.
- Vegetable oil - 150 c.
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Filling - cabbage - 300g.
- Minced - 150g.
- Morkov- 1pc.
- Bulb - 2 pcs.
- Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
COOKING METHOD
Pour into bowl 200 ml of warm water add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp Sahara. Mix until dissolved. Pour 150 g. Vegetable oil. Mix well. Gradually add flour knead the dough, leaving about 450-500 grams of flour. The dough is soft, elastic, pleasant to use. Wrap the dough in a baking paper. Put in a warm pan, cover with lid and a towel and leave for 15 minutes.
Prepare cabbage filling.
