In today's article I will tell you how to make an excellent do-it-yourself flavoring agent in 5 minutes, which the will effectively reduce food addiction and improve mood. I personally tested this fragrance, in addition to the above functions, it also has a pleasant aroma that will unobtrusively and not cloyingly fill the air in the room. Another advantage of this flavoring agent is ease of preparation - a few minutes and you're done!

We need: orange, apple, banana, orange oil, lavender oil, peppermint oil and a packet of vanilla.

Rub the apple and banana on a coarse grater, orange finely chop. Heat the frying pan, lay out the fruit and warm up for 1-2 minutes. Then add flavored oils 4-5 drops each. We mix everything thoroughly and put it in a jar or any other convenient container. Scroll the photo to the right.

Add to the container vanilla sugar. The flavor is ready! It should be sniffed (brought to the nose)
