Today I am sharing a recipe for tender, melting meat in sauce, we never get bored of it! The meat turns out to be so soft and tender, you just have to press on it and it crumbles. I recommend it very tasty and simple. Immediately boil 2-3 servings, then put them in the refrigerator, when you need to serve them, I quickly cook any side dish, for example potatoes, pasta, buckwheat, rice and pour over heated meat in sauce. I supplement it with vegetable salad or lightly salted cucumbers. Dinner or lunch is ready.

Recipe:
Beef meat -500 gr.
Champignons -250g.
Bow -2pcs.
Garlic -2-3tooth
Salt -1 tsp
Black pepper - to taste
Tomatoes in their own juice -300g.
Or tomato paste -1-2 tbsp.
Vegetable oil -3-4 tbsp.
Water -500 ml.
COOKING METHOD
Today I am showing the recipe for 1 serving. Cut the beef into cubes 500 grams. You can have any meat at your discretion. Cut 2 large onions into quarters.
Cut the champignons 250 grams into slices. Pour 3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil into a saucepan. and fry the onion until translucent, now add the meat. Mix with onions, fry for 2-3 minutes with onions. So that the meat changes color and liquid appears.
Now we immediately add the champignons, 300 grams of tomatoes in their own juice, you can replace it with 1-2 tablespoons. tomato paste diluted in water. 1 incomplete tsp salt, black pepper.
Mix, add 2-3 garlic cloves. Pour in 500 ml of water. Close with a lid. I cook in a saucepan in a pressure cooker, 30-35 minutes is enough for me. If cooked in a regular saucepan, then it takes about 1.5 hours.
