🖐 Today I will share a recipe for a very simple, but no less delicious appetizer with only three ingredients. In the main role - slightly salted herring! It is prepared very quickly, the most difficult and longest in this recipe is to clean the fish, everything else will take a few minutes. I salt the herring myself, there is a cool way, after three hours the fish is already there, the link to the recipe will be below.
So, one fish I peel and clean, rinse with cold water and wipe with a paper towel.
One of the ingredients in this snack is red onion, which I pickle in lemon juice. The juice can be replaced with vinegar, but the first option is tastier and healthier. Red onions can also be replaced with green ones, which will also be very tasty and bright.
Next, with a slight movement of your hand, open a can of canned white beans. I always wash my beans in cold water.
Add beans to herring and onion. I make sure to also fill the fragrant unrefined sunflower oil and add a little dill.
I highly recommend trying to make this kind of appetizer, especially for those that love herring.
