The recipe was born by accident. It was necessary to urgently cook something for buckwheat for dinner. And only zucchini remained in the refrigerator. What I have done, I now cook often. Delicious! And it's very simple! And you can serve it with any side dish, not only with buckwheat!

How to cook:

I fry the onion in a small amount of vegetable oil. I cut it into small cubes. You do not need to fry strongly.

As soon as the onion has become transparent, I add the carrots grated on a fine grater. I like it on a fine grater - it cooks faster, and the taste is more interesting.

After 2-3 minutes, add zucchini to the pan. I also rub them on a fine grater.

And now the main secret. Seasoning. I add my seasoning, which I call "Invisible". These are dry mushrooms (of several types) with salt. I also call it "mushroom dust".

I add seasonings about a teaspoon. You can, of course, add other favorite spices too! Black pepper, paprika, dried onions, any dried herbs, dry garlic... But we liked the mushroom seasoning the most!

I stew vegetables for another 6-7 minutes. And that's it! You can serve!

Even the most ordinary buckwheat that evening ended up unnoticed. But, of course, it will be delicious with any side dish!

You can also serve in two ways. You can put vegetables on top. It is this method that is called "buckwheat in a hat"))

And you can mix vegetables with buckwheat, for example. It looks strange, but it's more convenient to eat.

Sometimes I add this kind of vegetable "caviar" to pasta. It turns out a la "naval pasta". Only instead of meat - zucchini)) Try it - it's delicious!
