Fragrant and rich soup with melted cheese variety to the menu and make familiar dishes unusual and very tasty.
The recipe is simple soup with processed cheese
Ingredients:
Water - 2.5 l;
Melted cheese with any flavor - 0.2 kg;
Potatoes - 5 pcs;
Vegetable oil,
turmeric,
dill and parsley,
ground black pepper - to taste;
onions and carrots - 1 pc.
Cooking method :
- Peel the vegetables, potatoes cut into small cubes, carrot rub on a grater.
- Fry vegetables in the vegetable oil until golden brown.
- Add to zazharku turmeric.
- Processed cheese rub on a coarse grater.
- Pour water into the pan, toss the potatoes into it, put everything in the fire.
- Cook boiling potatoes after at least 15 minutes.
- Add zazharku liquid, processed cheese, herbs, salt, all boil after boiling for at least 3 minutes.
Set aside the saucepan from the heat and let the soup at least 20 minutes. You can bring to the table.
Recipe Soup with processed cheese and chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 0.5 kg;
Potatoes - 5 large pieces;
Ordinary rice - 0.5 cups;
Onions and carrots - 1 medium size;
Dill - on request;
Processed cheese (preferably, without additives) - 0.2 kg;
Salt,
black pepper powder
I dry garlic - to taste.
Cooking method:
- Rinse the meat, the maximum peel.
- Dial in a pot of at least 2.5 liters of water and put it in the chicken, put on fire.
- At boiling remove the foam, whereupon salt.
- Boil the meat for at least half an hour.
- Wash and peel vegetables, potatoes and onions into small cubes, carrot rub on a grater.
- Carrot and onion in vegetable oil to make traditional zazharku.
- Meat removed from the broth and, after cooling to disassemble the fibers, put into the broth.
- Put the potatoes in the broth, and then run back the washed rice.
- Bring to boil, remove the foam and cook for at least 15 minutes.
- Add zazharku, grated on a coarse grater cream cheese, spices and herbs.
Dish boil after boiling a few minutes, turn off and let stand at least 20 minutes.
Recipe Soup with processed cheese and mushrooms
Ingredients:
Potatoes - 4 large pieces;
Onions - 1 head of medium size;
Chicken - 0.5 kg;
Figure classic - 2 tbsp .;
Processed cheese and mushroom flavor - 200 g;
Salt, ground black pepper - to taste;
Fungi (mushrooms can) - 0.4 kg;
Onion pen - on request.
Cooking method:
- Mushrooms washed and cut into thin slices.
- Fry in butter until complete disappearance of moisture.
- Add 5-7 minutes after the addition of rice and potatoes.
- Green onions added along with herbs and spices.
Aromatic, saturated and soup is ready for submission already after 20 minutes.
