Delicious fritters of zucchini with cheese and garlic

I offer you a recipe for pancakes, which are very fond of our family, and my youngest daughter is ready to eat them every day, and even the cook. In this recipe I use mozzarella, but can take any other cheese.

When the season is young zucchini, you can find a lot of interesting options, for example - noodles made from zucchini, I strongly advise to try.

INGREDIENTS
500 g of zucchini
150 g cheese
2 eggs
1 Ext. garlic
2 tbsp. l. flour
1 tbsp. l. starch
1/3 h. l. soda
salt to taste

If young zucchini, clean it is not necessary, dostochno good wash and grate.

Garlic and cheese grate or chop the other way and add to zucchini.

Following send eggs and all other dry iengredienty.

Knead the dough, it will be quite thick.

Fry the pancakes on a well-heated and oiled skillet over medium heat with the lid open on two sides.

Serve better and tastier with sour cream.
