As can be proud of being overweight? A lot of women say that they feel comfortable with being overweight, but at heart they all want to lose weight and even try to do it.

Well, my menu today is directed to the load. I am trying without holidays, picnics and visitors to score at least the rate of calories at the same time without leaving the okoloPP.

The organism should receive signs that it is not limited that he will sometimes give more than ever and that we should not grasping for fats and save them for a rainy day, and you can safely give, because in a week will again be a feast for all mir🤣.
As usual today and drank green tea and boiled water. Other beverages in my diet no.
And Sunday distinguished by the fact that it was almost day seal. Except for cooking and a few hours of work at the computer - I do nothing else, and resting. No exercise today. Even the bar was too lazy to stand up.
