Of course, I did not run to the store for a kilogram of doctoral and thawed chicken.

Why buy something that nobody knows what is, if you can cook the most? Not so often the soul asks.

Let's prepare!

We need:

  • chicken breast - 2 medium stuff. I got 530 g of already cooked chicken breast,
  • 150-200 ml of chicken broth, which was cooked chicken breast,
  • 20 g of gelatin,
  • 3-4 large cloves of garlic,
  • juice of fresh beet quarters,
  • salt, black pepper, nutmeg (not less than 1/3 tsp) paprika smoked (if any).
  • empty plastic bottle from under the water.

preparation.

Chicken breast washed. I pre-chopped into small pieces and sent to cook in salted soup with allspice and bay leaf.

Broth, which was cooked chicken reserve, we need about 200

In 50 g of broth soaked 20 g of gelatin.

Collapsible blender boiled chicken breast, add a portion of broth (approximately 100 g) and interrupting well.

Then add garlic, a little salt, pepper to taste, add a pinch of nutmeg, and I have added a pinch of smoked paprika.

To squeeze the juice of beets. I pre-beet rubbed on a coarse grater, to squeeze out the juice. Do not be lazy, beet juice will give an appetizing color

Tasting sausage, I have decided that I will prepare her, but instead of broth add milk or cream. KBZHU increase (not significant), but the taste will be more gentle and pronounced.

Maybe someone would think that sausage looks more like a thick paste.
