Curd dough is always a safe bet. The desserts are incredibly tasty. And now, in the strawberry season, I cook desserts with her. If you have not tried such a dessert yet, I highly recommend it. It's really delicious! It is more delicious and difficult to come up with (and so that it could be so easy to cook). Find!
HOW TO COOK:
First the dough. My favorite is cottage cheese.
I grind the cottage cheese so that there are no grains. You can do this by rubbing the curd through a sieve, for example. But I usually use a hand blender or chopper.
Transfer the curd to a bowl and add the egg. I mix well. It's more convenient for me to do this with a fork. I add salt and sugar.
I must sift the flour. I add cold butter, cut into pieces (or you can grate it on a coarse grater). I grind butter and flour to get this crumb:
I add the curd mass to the butter crumbs and mix again. If necessary (if the dough is too sticky) I add one or two tablespoons of flour. And knead the dough. I put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
After an hour, I take the dough out of the refrigerator, divide it into pieces (I divide it into 8 parts). I roll each piece to a thickness of 4-5 mm.
I pour a little starch on the prepared cake. This will prevent the juice from the berries from spreading over the baking sheet.
I wash and dry the strawberries well. Then I remove the tails and cut into 4 parts (it can be 6, depending on the size of the berries). I spread the strawberry pieces onto the dough.
I put some sugar on the strawberries. And wrap the edges of the dough.
How I do this, I showed in detail in the video:
I spread it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (I use a silicone mat).
I put the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 25-30 minutes. Look in your oven! You may need a little more time. When the biscuits are well browned, you're done! Can be served with tea! Well, it's very tasty!
