We eat this kind of meat while it is still hot. But you can also take it with you on the road. Cool and prepare sandwiches, or simply cut and fold into a suitable container. Well, very tasty! Always juicy! Very juicy! And the main thing is that cooking does not take time at all!

You can cook any meat like that. But more often than not, I have chicken or turkey on the menu. They both cook faster and are eaten.

HOW TO COOK:

Today I have a turkey thigh fillet. I don't even cut the meat. I just wash it well and dry it.

They wrote to me here recently in the comments that meat cannot be washed... To my question "Why?" there was no answer. Moreover, there were at least 20 comments and no one answered me. Maybe you know where it came from? How is it - to bring meat from the counter home and not wash... Thanks in advance to everyone who answers!

I put the meat in a bowl, add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil and Adyghe salt. I stir it. Of course, you can add regular salt and your favorite spices.

But, if you haven’t even tried cooking with Adyghe salt (which, by the way, doesn’t need time to prepare), then I highly recommend it! If you try to cook with it, you cannot live without it. And it saves time and makes many dishes very tasty!

The salt recipe is below:

In general, I add this salt and oil to the meat and mix well. And I spread the piece of meat on the parchment.

By the way, don't be in a hurry to write that here's the dirty dishes - the bowl needs to be washed later... Yes, you do, of course. But you can do without it. You can immediately put the meat on parchment, add oil and salt with spices and grate a piece from all sides.

I wrap the parchment "envelope". And I put the envelopes on a baking sheet.

I put the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

And that's it! You can try! All the juice remains in the parchment. The meat is fried, but at the same time not dry!
