Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!
Today I want to share a recipe for delicious cabbage muffins, I love them with sour cream, they are delicious both cold and hot, so you can safely cook 2 servings at a time, if you have not prepared such muffins, I recommend it, especially since they are prepared very quickly.

Recipe:
fresh cabbage -300g
salt -1 / 2 tsp.
sausage -50g
eggs -3 pcs
kefir -3 tbsp.
mayonnaise -1 tbsp
vegetable oil -1 tbsp
flour -2-3 tbsp.
soda -1 / 3 tsp. (canceled)
COOKING METHOD:
We take fresh cabbage and chop it into strips, the weight of chopped cabbage is 300 grams.
Now add half a tsp salt to the cabbage. and mash well with our hands until the cabbage is reduced in volume. Now let's cut the boiled or smoked sausage into cubes, or whatever we have at home, I have 50 grams of carbonate today.
Add to cabbage.
Break 3 eggs into another bowl, add 3 tbsp. kefir, can be replaced with sour cream, add 1 tbsp. mayonnaise and 1 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Beat with a mixer, you can use a whisk.
Pour in to the cabbage, add 2 tbsp. with a slide of flour and mix.
Now add 1/3 tsp. soda, be sure to extinguish it with lemon juice or vinegar, mix the dough ready.
We take the cake pan, grease it with butter, lay out the dough, fill it to the top. We put in a preheated oven and bake at 220 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown, or navigate in your oven.
We remove from the molds and serve hot with sour cream, by the way they are very tasty and cold. They remind me of a jellied pie with cabbage, only here the serving is portioned, which is very convenient.
