Ingredients for a 3 liter jar:

1.5 kg of peaches
450 gr. Sahara
2-2.5 liters of water

How to cook:

1. Wash peaches well and place in a clean, sterilized jar. Fruits need dense, medium ripeness, too soft will fall apart in conservation.

2. Pour boiling water over the peaches up to the neck, cover and cover with a towel or blanket. Simply put, wrap the jars for 15 minutes.

4. Pour the required amount of sugar into each jar of peaches.

5. Boil water, which was prepared separately and pour peaches in jars with boiling water. Immediately roll up and wrap up the jar overturned on the lid. Leave for 2 days!

Tips for Better Storage:

  • Peaches should be rinsed more thoroughly and it is better to soak in a baking soda solution for 30 minutes. To do this, dissolve 1 tsp. l. baking soda in a liter of water, soak peaches in a solution, the fluff from the fruit will simply dissolve, and it will be enough to rinse the fruit in clean water.
  • If you doubt the safety of conservation in an apartment, you can add citric acid at the tip of a knife to a jar or juice of 1/4 lemon.
