Good day and delicious weight loss!

It's been a long time since I shared fish recipes with you, you need to improve.

Recently I cooked cod for myself in a creamy sauce. This is something, I tell you. It seems to me that a creamy sauce will turn any dish into a sheder.

And surprisingly it turned out to be a wonderful KBZHU for the dish.

Try it! And what a flavor thanks to seasonings - it will conquer you!

I cooked cod according to this recipe, but if you take, for example, pink salmon, chum salmon or other red fish, which can be dryish, the creamy sauce will fantastically add tenderness to the fish.

✅To cook delicious, tender and aromatic cod, I needed the following products:

  • cod - I used 470 g,
  • tomato - 110 g (I had frozen cream tomatoes),
  • fused rash in boxes - 60 g,
  • cream 10% - 100 ml,
  • olive oil, literally a drop - 3 g,
  • salt, black pepper, dried garlic, basil, as well as favorite spices like "Herbs of Greece" or "Herbs of Italy".

✅Cooking.

We clean the fish, wash and cut into small portions. It will be ideal if you use fillets.

I peeled the frozen tomatoes and cut them into small pieces - I need to use the rest of the frozen vegetables.

If using a fresh tomato, simply cut it into medium sized cubes. The best option is to use cherry tomatoes by cutting them in half.

Next we turn to the stove.

We put the saucepan on the fire, add a drop of olive oil and fry the fish.

Turn the fish over, immediately add the tomatoes, salt and fry a little.

Mix 10% cream in advance with water in a 1 to 1 ratio.

Add processed cheese to the cream and all the spices (except salt, we have already added it) - black pepper to taste and generously dry garlic, basil and herbs.

We try to stir the cheese in the cream.

Reduce the heat to below average.

Pour the cream over the fish and stir constantly to melt the cheese, pour the sauce over the fish.

The cream should not boil.

5 minutes was enough for me to warm up the sauce and melt the cheese.

Turn off the heat and let the fish stand in the sauce.

That's all! Serve with any side dish - I have young potatoes that go well with creamy sauce!
