Delicious oven-baked chicken wings: three easy recipes

Ingredients:

1 kg chicken wings
0.5 cups each mayonnaise or sour cream and ketchup or tomato paste
pepper
salt

How to cook:

1. Mix ketchup with mayonnaise. Rinse the wings, rub with pepper and salt.
2. Pour over the wings with ketchunes, mix and leave for 30 minutes.
3. Put the pickled wings on a baking sheet covered with foil (you can lightly grease it with vegetable oil).
4. Bake for 30-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

You can add garlic passed through a press to ketchune, your favorite spices and seasonings (for example, paprika, nutmeg, dried herbs) and the dish will sparkle with new flavors.

Sweet and sour marinade wings

Ingredients:

wings
honey
soy sauce
tomato paste
salt
hot red pepper

How to cook:

1. Wash and dry the wings with paper towels.
2. The marinade is prepared by eye, but all liquids and honey must be taken in the same amount. Salt and hot pepper to taste.
3. Marinate the wings in the prepared marinade for 30 minutes.


4. Put the wings on a baking sheet with the liquid and place in a hot oven.
5. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. 10 minutes before cooking, you can close the baking sheet with foil so that the wings do not dry out.
If there is a marinade left, then the wings must be greased again 5 minutes before being cooked.

Garlic marinated wings

Ingredients:

wings
sour cream or mayonnaise
garlic
salt
pepper
some ketchup or tomato paste, if desired

How to cook:

1. You will need a lot of garlic for the recipe. For 1 kg of chicken wings, there are about 2-3 garlic heads. Clean the teeth and pass through a press or grate.
2. Mix garlic with sour cream or mayonnaise so that a slightly watery mixture is obtained.
3. Wash the wings, dry, salt and pepper. After 15 minutes, immerse in the marinade and forget about them for an hour or more.
4. Bake as usual in a baking sheet until crisp.
