Potato shells: unusual, interesting and tasty. Cooking potatoes in a new way

This recipe is not complicated and will appeal to everyone who is tired of ordinary baked potatoes. Here and the shape of shells, and cheese and tomato for brightness.

Ingredients:

1 kg. potatoes (same size)
100 g cheese
50 gr. butter
100 g ham or sausages
1-2 tomatoes
salt
pepper
vegetable oil

How to cook:

1. Peel and wash the potatoes. Then cut in half and cut each half across into thin strips. Without cutting through to the end, so that the tuber on one side is fastened and seems whole.

2. Cut ham and tomatoes into slices. Grate cheese.

3. Place ham and tomato alternately in each cut of potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Cover the baking sheet with foil or baking paper. Grease with oil and put potatoes in it. Put a piece of butter on top of each "shell".

5. Preheat the oven and place the baking sheet in it. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

6. Remove the baking sheet, sprinkle the potato shells with grated cheese and bake for about 5-10 minutes.

Serve hot.
