- rye bread - 12 slices
- slightly salted herring - 1/2 pc.
- boiled beets (small) - 1 pc.
- boiled eggs - 5 pcs.
- mayonnaise - 3-4 tbsp. l.
- fresh dill
- salt to taste
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare a spread for the sandwiches. Divide boiled eggs into yolk and white.
2. Separately, three white, yolk and boiled beets on a fine grater.
3. Salt all ingredients to taste.
Add about 1 tbsp to each of the spreads. l. mayonnaise.
Mix everything well.
4. Take a piece of bread and use a fork to spread all the spreads in turn along the edge.
Leave the center of the bread empty.
5. Cut the peeled herring into portions.
6. Put each of the pieces in the center of the sandwich.
Now it remains only to decorate the sandwiches with a small sprig of dill.
