I rarely bake cakes, but I often cook rolls. But my opinion is much simpler, faster, and it looks more spectacular. It takes a minimum of time to prepare such a roll, no custards and fatty creams are needed, and the dough spends only 12 minutes in the oven.

The dough is prepared very quickly with a mixer:

  • beat well 3 eggs with added sugar
  • add flour, cocoa and baking powder and mix with a mixer
  • separately heat the milk with the addition of butter and add a couple of tablespoons of dough to it, mix well and send to the dough, quickly mix everything with a mixer.

Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, gently spread with a spatula and send to bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.

Further, when the cake is ready, you need to gently turn it over on a wet towel with the paper up, carefully remove the paper and roll the cake into a roll along with the towel. Leave the roll in this position until it cools completely.

And while the roll is cooling down, you can prepare a cream, it cooks even faster than the dough. For the cream, whip cream with a minimum fat content of 33% with added sugar.

Then add cream cheese to the cream in small portions and beat with a mixer. At the very end, I add one bar of dark chocolate, chopped in a blender.

The chocolate crumb turns out to be uneven, in the cream you will come across either small or large pieces, this is the whole trick of this recipe.

I mix the cream well and send it to the refrigerator.

Boldly unfold the cooled cake and grease it with cream. Previously, I cut off the edges of the cake to grind them in a blender. I cover the finished roll with this crumb.

I also cover the rolled roll with cream and send it to the refrigerator overnight.

Soft dough is well saturated, the roll is very soft.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs 3 pcs
  • Milk 30 ml
  • Flour 100 grams
  • Butter 50 grams
  • Cocoa 2 tablespoons
  • Baking powder 1 tsp a spoon
  • Sugar 120 grams
  • For cream: cream cheese 100 grams, cream 33% 200 ml, sugar 70 grams, chocolate for crumb
