Today I want to share a recipe for Golden Potatoes in the oven in mustard sauce. The potatoes are so aromatic that it is difficult to resist not to taste them. I can describe it in a nutshell this way: the mustard flavor, which I just adore, plus garlic and pepper, all together they give an unimaginable taste to potatoes.

Recipe:

Potatoes -5-6 pcs.

For the sauce:

Spicy-sweet mustard 4-5 tsp

salt -1 / 2 tsp.

oregano -1 tsp

garlic -2 tooth.

vegetable oil -3 tbsp.

black pepper - to taste

COOKING METHOD

And so we proceed. Potatoes 5-6 medium tubers, peel and cut into wedges. Put in a saucepan, fill with water, add some salt and put on fire. From the moment of boiling, cook for 3 minutes and remove from heat, drain the water.

Potatoes do not need to be cooked or they may lose their shape. Put it in a bowl and set it aside, and let's start preparing the mustard sauce. Pour 3 tablespoons into a bowl. vegetable oil, add a little salt, black pepper, add oregano 1 tsp, pass 2 cloves of garlic through a press.

Now add the mustard 5 tsp. I take the mustard for such a potato not spicy, spicy sweet, just perfect, you can take French mustard. Mix everything well. Add the sauce to the mustard and stir. Leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.

If there is no time, you can immediately start cooking. Now put on a baking sheet in one layer so that the potatoes lie at a distance from each other. We put in the oven and bake until golden brown, at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 30 minutes or navigate in your oven. We take out the potatoes and serve them hot. I recommend it very tasty.
