Walnut sweets (Gozinaki). Few ingredients, ready in minutes. The taste is amazing, lovers of sweets will appreciate it for sure, and they are also healthy, even children can eat.
Recipe:
- walnuts -350 gr
- honey -100 gr
- sugar -50 gr
COOKING METHOD
We measure walnuts 350 grams, you can replace, for example, with peanuts or hazelnuts, put the nuts in a dry frying pan and fry until a pleasant smell, stir so as not to burn. Remove from heat, let cool, now when the nuts have cooled down, you need to chop them in any convenient way or chop with a knife, I put it in a bag and grind it with a rolling pin so that the bag does not tear, I do it on towel.
We put 50 grams of sugar, 100 grams of honey in a pan and heat it over low heat until the sugar dissolves, there is no need to boil, then all the useful properties will remain in the honey.
Now we put the nuts and mix, cover the form with cling film, put the nut mass and evenly distribute, tamp, let cool. We cut and here the sweets are ready.
By the way, these delicious sweets are called Gozinaki, Georgian cuisine. The difference from kozinaki is that they are soft.
