Pasta - 200 g

Beef - 300 g

Onions - 1 pc.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Green peas - 100 g

Garlic - 3 cloves

Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Parsley - 5 g

Lean oil - 2 tablespoons

Tomato - 1 pc.

How to cook:

To make pasta with beef gravy, prepare all of the ingredients listed below. Wash and dry vegetables, meat and parsley. Peel the onion and garlic, peel the carrots.

Heat lean refined oil in a frying pan, add thinly sliced ​​beef. The thinner you cut the meat, the faster it will cook, and beef is known to take a long time to cook. Fry the slices over medium heat for 10 minutes, during which time the juice will come out of them, and they will begin to stew in their own juice.

After a while, add the onion, cut into half rings, to the pan. Reduce the heat, fry on moderate heat for 3-4 minutes.
