๐Ÿ– Today I will share a wonderful recipe for an unusually tasty, but very simple cake. When I cooked it for the first time, my husband said, please cook more, itโ€™s very tasty. Therefore, I share the recipe, perhaps someone does not know it, but this is a big omission.

The most common dough is custard.

Ingredients: 1 glass of water, 1 glass of white flour, 100 grams of butter, 4-5 eggs (you need to look at the consistency of the dough).

On a small saucepan, you need to bring water to a boil and send oil to it.

When the oil dissolves, add flour and mix quickly without removing the saucepan from the heat.

Further, when the dough is brewed, you need to let it cool slightly. After that, add eggs one at a time, this time it took me 5 eggs for the dough.

I put the well-kneaded dough into a clean bag and cut off a corner.

Using a bag, I spread the dough on a baking sheet as in the photo ๐Ÿ‘‡.

I send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. I got 2 baking sheets of blanks.

The only thing left to do is to make a cream and decorate a cake.

For the cream, I take 500 ml of sour cream and 5 tablespoons of sugar, beat with a mixer for about 5-7 minutes.

Now I dip each "tea pot" in cream and put it on a plate.

From the whole norm of products, I got two small cakes. The cake can be decorated with grated chocolate or, like me, sprinkled with cocoa.

The finished cake needs to be refrigerated overnight, but we could not stand it, and began to try after 5 hours, and it was also delicious๐Ÿ˜‹. Be sure to try it, you won't regret it.
