Cupcakes with raisins on kefir

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Sugar, Soda, Butter, Raisins, Kefir, Chicken eggs, Cognac, Powdered sugar, Grated chocolate

Cooking method:

Let's prepare the ingredients. Rinse the raisins, fill with cognac. Crack eggs into a bowl, add sugar and beat with a whisk. Pour half of the kefir into the egg mixture, mix and sift the flour.

Mix the dough with a whisk or spoon. Add soda to the remaining kefir, stir and pour into the dough. Soften the butter in the microwave and also add it to the dough, mix thoroughly until the dough becomes homogeneous.

Add raisins along with cognac to the dough and mix. Fill silicone molds with dough. The number of tests of your choice. These cupcakes rise well in the oven, so you can fill up to half of small forms.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the cupcakes for 25-30 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick, it should be dry. Sprinkle cooled cupcakes with powdered sugar and chocolate chips. Bon Appetit!
