New Year menu 2020: fried carp

Fish main dish can be cooked out of fish entirely budgetary. It turns out tasty and appetizing!

Ingredients:

1-1.5 kg carp
lemon
3 tbsp. l. corn flour
egg
0.5 hours. l. salt
0.5 hours. l. ground black pepper (you can grind a couple of sweet peas)
oil for frying

Preparation:

1. Carp clean from scale, gut, remove the insides, remove the head and fins.

2. Cut fish into portions thickness of about 2-3 cm.

Drain the pieces dry with paper towel.

3. Season carp salt, pepper, lemon juice of half sprinkle.

You can add your favorite spices and seasonings for fish. For example, lemon pepper and ginger.

4. Leave the fish for 10 minutes so that it soaked with spicy aromas.

5. Beat egg with a pinch of salt.

6. Dip fish in egg, so that it covered the entire piece.

7. Then, each piece of fish roll in flour.

8. Preheat a frying pan in 3-5 Art. l. vegetable oil.

9. Carp immediately spread in a pan in hot oil after breading.

10. Carp fry each side for 5-7 minutes, until golden crisp.

If large pieces, in the end, you can cover with a lid and steamed fish on low heat for 5 minutes.

11. Carp ready to put on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil.

Fried carp crispy ready.

Serve with any side dish.
